Product InformationProduct AvailabilityMost items displayed on our website are available in stock and ready to be shipped. However, we may unfortunately run out of a particular item before being able to remove it from our site. In this particular event we will immediately contact you to let you know and offer you a full refund, store credit or suggest an alternate purchase.Product PricingAll our products are listed in U.S. dollars and are susceptible of change without prior notice. In the improbable event a product on our website is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or some other mistake, Petit Baby shall have the right to cancel any order (processed or not) taken while the item was mislabeled. Every time you put an item in your cart, it will be added to your list. When you click on the button "View Cart" you will have the opportunity to delete items or add quantities. When you have finished selecting your purchase, proceed by clicking on the ?Checkout? link. At this point you will be asked to give complete billing and shipping information. All this information is stored on a secure server to insure privacy as well as safety. Unless denoted otherwise all orders are usually ships within 24-48 hours via the United States Postal Office (USPS). Petit Baby ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Keeping track of your order:Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed with a tracking link. You can use this tracking link to track the package yourself and view the shipment status on Stamps.com.Shipping delays:We always try our best to make sure you get your order delivered in a reasonable amount of time but unfortunately there are some things that are beyond our control like weather, delivery error, and general delays at the US Post Office. Regardless of the reason for the delay we will always do our best to help you. Feel free to contact us at if you have any questions or concerns.Ship to multiple addresses:Unfortunately our checkout process doesn?t allow for the shipping of multiple products to multiple different addresses.Refusal of delivery:If a package is refused for delivery for any reasons and is being returned to us, the customer will be responsible for original shipping charges incurred by Petit Baby. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price minus the original shipping costs.This doesn?t apply to packages which appear to be damaged in shipping. Incorrect shipping address provided:Packages that are returned with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges if the customer requests the package to be shipped again. Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address given by the customer will also be subject to actual shipping charges. Once the package has been back in our warehouse we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price minus the original shipping charges.International shipping:International customers please contact us directly at for international deliveries. We will give you an estimation of the shipping costs to your country. Payments by Paypal only accepted for international orders.6. Cancel an OrderIf you have placed an order and would like to cancel it please email us at within 2 hours of placing your online order to cancel it free of any charges. What to do if you receive a damaged/defective item:Petit Baby is dedicated to selling only the highest quality products. If for some reason an item you receive is damaged or has a defect, we will try to remedy the problem the best we can. In this case do not return the item but first please contact us at within 14 days of receipt. Include in your email the invoice number, your name, address and identify the damaged item. Depending on the product and the problem we may send you a replacement part or ask you to return it (you will be issued a Return Authorization Number) for an exchange or a full refund.In case of a full refund, your original credit card will be credited once the item has been returned and verified by our customer service department. In case the item is still in stock an exchange will be shipped out at our expenses as soon as the damaged product has been returned and verified by our customer service department. |
