Petit Baby strives for excellent customer service and we are committed to always making ourselves available to you. We?re here to help you with any of your questions, comments and concerns.

You can contact us at 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. A customer service representative will respond to your email within 24-48 business hours.

2. Product Information

Product Availability

Most items displayed on our website are available in stock and ready to be shipped. However, we may unfortunately run out of a particular item before being able to remove it from our site. In this particular event we will immediately contact you to let you know and offer you a full refund, store credit or suggest an alternate purchase.

Product Pricing

All our products are listed in U.S. dollars and are susceptible of change without prior notice. In the improbable event a product on our website is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or some other mistake, Petit Baby shall have the right to cancel any order (processed or not) taken while the item was mislabeled. If your credit card has already been charged, Petit Baby will immediately issue you a refund for the amount of the item paid and shipping charges.

Product Display

We have done our best to display on our website our products and their descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary somewhat depending on the settings of your monitor.

3. Placing an Order

We have designed our website to make it as easy as possible for you to browse around and find in very few clicks exactly what you are looking for. Once you've found the product you would like to purchase, click on the ?Add to Cart? button. If you would like to continue shopping, just click on the ?Continue Shopping? button. Every time you put an item in your cart, it will be added to your list. When you click on the button "View Cart" you will have the opportunity to delete items or add quantities. When you have finished selecting your purchase, proceed by clicking on the ?Checkout? link. At this point you will be asked to give complete billing and shipping information. All this information is stored on a secure server to insure privacy as well as safety. Once the information is given, you can submit your order and Petit Baby will email you with a confirmation number.

We accept Visa, Master Card and Paypal. Please note that all your payment transactions with us are encrypted with the latest SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. Sales Tax

A sales tax will only be assessed on packages being shipped to addresses in California. Shipments to addresses outside of California won?t be charged sales tax.

5. Shipping Options

We want to ship your order as fast as possible. Unless denoted otherwise all orders are usually ships within 24-48 hours via the United States Postal Office (USPS). Petit Baby ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Please note that USPS delivers Monday through Saturday except holidays.

Domestic shipping costs:

We offer the following two shipping options:

Keeping track of your order:

Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed with a tracking link. You can use this tracking link to track the package yourself and view the shipment status on Stamps.com.

Shipping delays:

We always try our best to make sure you get your order delivered in a reasonable amount of time but unfortunately there are some things that are beyond our control like weather, delivery error, and general delays at the US Post Office. Regardless of the reason for the delay we will always do our best to help you. Feel free to contact us at if you have any questions or concerns.

Ship to multiple addresses:

Unfortunately our checkout process doesn?t allow for the shipping of multiple products to multiple different addresses.

Refusal of delivery:

If a package is refused for delivery for any reasons and is being returned to us, the customer will be responsible for original shipping charges incurred by Petit Baby. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price minus the original shipping costs.
This doesn?t apply to packages which appear to be damaged in shipping.

Incorrect shipping address provided:

Packages that are returned with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges if the customer requests the package to be shipped again. Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address given by the customer will also be subject to actual shipping charges. Once the package has been back in our warehouse we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price minus the original shipping charges.

International shipping:

International customers please contact us directly at for international deliveries. We will give you an estimation of the shipping costs to your country. Payments by Paypal only accepted for international orders.

6. Cancel an Order

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it please email us at within 2 hours of placing your online order to cancel it free of any charges. In case you would like to cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped please refer to our Return Policy.

7. Return & Exchange Policy

We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all products purchased at Petitbaby.com

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our merchandise, please return it within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the purchase price minus original shipping charges. The following rules apply for any item you return:
  1. the item was purchased from Petitbaby.com (customer must provide original invoice)
  2. the item is in its original packaging, free of any markings and physical damage
  3. the item has all its original tags and documentation
  4. the item doesn?t show any signs of wear or use

How to return/exchange an item:

  1. before returning an item, please email our customer service department at for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Include in your email the invoice number, your name, address and identify the item(s) you'd like to return
  2. we will email you back a Return Authorization Number (RAN) as well as our customer service address where the item can be sent
  3. ship the returned item using the original packing material if possible. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you use a traceable shipping method and that you insure the return package as we can only credit you for the item received in our warehouse. Please write the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the package close to the shipping label and place the original invoice inside the package
  4. we will send you an email once your return has been received, processed and your original card credited. You will see a credit on your card statement within one billing cycle

Special restrictions:
  1. Petit Baby will not process any returns without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) located on or close to the shipping label.
  2. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping unless the return/exchange is the result of an error from Petit Baby.
  3. Items received as gifts are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
  4. All returns postmarked more then 30 days after the RAN was issued will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
  5. After inspection, Petit Baby reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise if we do not receive the merchandise in its original condition. If the shipment is rejected, we reserve the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to the return must be paid by the customer.

What to do if you receive a damaged/defective item:

Petit Baby is dedicated to selling only the highest quality products. If for some reason an item you receive is damaged or has a defect, we will try to remedy the problem the best we can. In this case do not return the item but first please contact us at within 14 days of receipt. Include in your email the invoice number, your name, address and identify the damaged item. Depending on the product and the problem we may send you a replacement part or ask you to return it (you will be issued a Return Authorization Number) for an exchange or a full refund.

In case of a full refund, your original credit card will be credited once the item has been returned and verified by our customer service department.
In case the item is still in stock an exchange will be shipped out at our expenses as soon as the damaged product has been returned and verified by our customer service department.
